Keith McWilliams

Head Coach

Coach Keith McWilliams brings a wealth of coaching experience and enjoys a focus on the mental aspect of the game. He helps to guide athletes to stay motivated and obtain optimal performance using goal setting, imagery, focus strategies, and relaxation techniques. Coach Keith is the Occupational Therapy Program Director for the University of St Augustine for Health Sciences - Dallas campus. Keith, Lauren, and their 5 children live in Argyle, TX. (Mikaela, Mason, Maeve, Merida, and Madison)


Collegiate Athletics

As a Maryville Saint, Keith was part of two St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) championships and participated in the NCAA tournament. (‘03-‘04, ‘05-‘06). He also was a Midnight Madness slam dunk contest winner. 


High School Athletics

As a high school player for the Borger Bulldogs, Keith was a 3-time all-district player, Tex Hanna Honor Award winner, and a Texas High Plains All-Star team captain in his senior season.
